Industrial Engineer II

The Industrial Engineer II sets up and optimizes production lines to meet customer requirements and UCT’s factory standards, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This role plans Kanban systems, analyzes BOMs, designs tooling and kitting solutions, and implements visual aids to support lean manufacturing and 6S practices. It drives continuous improvement initiatives, capacity and cycle time optimization, and factory automation projects, while maintaining fixtures and standards. With strong analytical, technical, and project management skills, the Industrial Engineer II enhances manufacturing performance and supports UCT’s commitment to innovation and excellence.
