Christian Aid is a UK –based international NGO which exists to eradicate poverty around the world. It is currently working in more than 40 countries, and has had a programme in Nigeria since 2003. The Nigeria country programme presently focuses on community health and HIV, governance and gender.

Christian aid Nigeria is looking to recruit suitably qualified and experience candidates to fill positions for the implementation of an intervention ‘voice to the people’ funded by the UK Anambra state. The roles provide excellent opportunity for enthusiastic professional who will support CA partnership and programmes.

The post holder will assist the finance team to manage accurate processing of invoices, office expenses and staff retirements and to prepare bank reconciliation statements and filling/archiving of financial reports. The ideal candidate must possess a degree B.Sc or HND in accounting. Be advised that this is not a salaried position and the individual would not be entitled to the benefits that apply to CA staff. However, it is an opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic work environment, specifically in an international NGO.
