Our Test Engineering team takes charge of the testing, evaluation and validation of all our devices. We’re a team of expert engineers responsible for the development of all test cases and test tools to ensure the functionality and compatibility of our products. We’re involved in the whole testing process from preparing test and diagnostic programs to recommending changes in testing equipment procedures and designing new testing equipment.

As a Test Principal Engineer, you will own complex feature and system test plans that balance functional, performance, and reliability goals. You will create reusable tools and fixtures to enhance throughput and repeatability.

You will: 

• Develop and maintain automation frameworks, harnesses, and test tools to improve coverage and repeatability. 
• Author detailed test plans, procedures, and acceptance criteria aligned to product requirements. 
• Collect, analyze, and visualize test data; provide insights that influence design and release decisions. 
• Collaborate across hardware, firmware, and software disciplines to ensure end-to-end validation.

Essential Requirements 

• 8+ years of related experience in a professional role or equivalent experience 
• Proven ownership of complex feature/system test plans and fixtures. 
• Solid skills in automation, instrumentation, and reproducible documentation. 
• Experience conducting root-cause analysis and driving resolution with partners. 
• Strong communication and collaboration across disciplines. 

Desirable Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science).
