Responsibilities
- Interpret Community Guidelines and platform policies, translate them into actionable content judgment standards, build case libraries, and ensure consistency in decision-making across different content scenarios.
- Leverage large language model capabilities, including but not limited to prompt engineering, knowledge base construction, and workflow design, to develop risk assessment agents and prompts that align model outputs with human judgment standards.
- Produce risk assessment and content safety analysis reports to support decision-making for platform policy refinement, content quality control, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Proficiently use content quality control tools, public opinion monitoring systems, and data analysis tools. Collaborate with operations and product teams to implement risk prevention and control strategies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree – Experience in internet content operations, content moderation, content safety, or related fields.
- Fluency in written and spoken Chinese is mandatory for managing stakeholders in Chinese-speaking markets
- Knowledge of content safety risks and digital trends, with the ability to accurately identify implicit or nuanced risks. Capable of understanding policies and translating them into practical operational rules.
- Strong sense of ownership.
- Excellent cross-functional communication, coordination, and incident response capabilities.
- Fast learner with strong comprehension skills, able to quickly adapt to changes in regulatory requirements and platform content ecosystems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with content platforms or other major digital platforms is preferred.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, able to influence stakeholders in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Experience with large language models is preferred. Hands-on experience with LLM applications, including self-initiated projects or personal use cases, will be a strong plus.
