At Brasserie Marie, you bring the vibrant heart of Amsterdam together with the flavours of the Côte d'Azur, creating an authentic French dining experience. If you choose In Room Dining, you deliver luxury service and culinary excellence directly to our guests' rooms. At Events, you become part of unforgettable occasions, from elegant weddings to exclusive corporate gatherings.

Wherever you land, your role always comes down to the same thing: making guests feel something they won't find anywhere else. You welcome them with genuine warmth and exceed their expectations from the first moment to the last. You present the menu and wines with knowledge and enthusiasm, anticipate the wishes of each guest, and work closely with your colleagues to ensure seamless service. You also guide and train junior colleagues and spot opportunities to continuously elevate the guest experience.

Who you are

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within fine dining, banqueting, or luxury hospitality

  • Passion for luxury hospitality and creating unforgettable experiences

  • A true team player with a positive attitude and an eye for detail

  • Excellent communication skills to ensure seamless service

  • Flexible and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment

  • Always smiling and ready to take on any challenge.

Nice to have

  • Experience in high-end hospitality

  • A passion for luxury service

  • Experience in training and mentoring junior staff

  • In-depth knowledge of French or Italian cuisine.
