Endodontist

We’re looking for a precision-driven, patient-focused Endodontist to join Dundurn Dental Specialty, our new specialty clinic in Hamilton, Ontario, part of Passion Dental Group.  This role will be integral to delivering advanced endodontic care within a streamlined referral environment.  Specifics about the role:  As a newly launched specialty clinic, most roles will begin on a part-time basis during regular business hours. As patient demand and services expand, there is strong opportunity for additional shifts and potential transition to full-time. We’re looking for specialists who are excited to grow alongside the clinic and become a long-term, trusted presence within both our team and the broader community.  Commission-based independent contractor opportunity. Engagement and compensation are governed by an executed independent contractor agreement. This is not an employee role.  About the Clinic:  Dundurn Dental Specialty is designed to support high-acuity specialty care through advanced imaging, modern operatories, and close collaboration between specialists, ensuring efficient and predictable patient outcomes.  What you’ll do:  • Diagnose and treat complex pulpal and periapical conditions • Perform non-surgical and surgical endodontic procedures • Utilize advanced imaging and magnification technologies • Collaborate with referring dentists and in-house specialists to support comprehensive treatment plans • Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment options, and prognosis • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation  What you’ll bring to the role:  • Specialist certification in Endodontics • Registration and good standing with the RCDSO • Strong diagnostic and technical expertise • Clear, confident communication with patients and referring providers • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, referral-driven environment  #PassionMP
