Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Presenting treatment plans clearly, confidently, and compassionately Coordinating patient appointments and ongoing treatment schedules Discussing financial arrangements and payment options Answering patient questions and providing education around treatment recommendations Following up with patients regarding pending or unscheduled treatment Maintaining accurate and organized patient records Collaborating closely with practitioners and the front office team Delivering an exceptional patient experience at every interaction You’ll help turn uncertainty into clarity—and make patients feel genuinely supported throughout their care.
