 Scope of Position: The Summer Staff Recruiting Team Leader plays a critical role in advancing our mission by designing and executing a comprehensive, scalable recruiting strategy that delivers 900 exceptional, Christ-centered, college-age staff each year. This leader will build and develop a high-performing work team, leverage data-driven insights, and collaborate across the organization to ensure an excellent and seamless applicant experience from first touch to hire.  Reports to: Director, Strategy & Impact - Camps
