Job Description
Responsible for basic preparation and execution of food items. This is an entry-level cook position with no prior culinary experience required. Minor-friendly position; candidates must be at least 16-years of age or older. The Heirloom Restaurant is our flagship restaurant, featuring formal dining and lakeside comfort in the dining room of the historic Athenaeum Hotel. Seasonal employment (summer).
