POSITION SUMMARY
The Quote Writer Coordinator will manage the Quote Writer Program. They will be responsible for setting parameters within the program and will be the point of contract for dealers regarding questions in Quote Writer.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Assists in developing a quoting platform with logic and packaging structure.
- Responsible for setting layout and structure of Quote Writer to properly package and define rules within the program.
- Coordinates with vendors and works cross functionally with departments inside of Rosenbauer to appropriate structure the software.
- Maintains and updates pricing and content within Quote Writer to align with vendor pricing and company sales objectives.
- Evaluate all CRs (Customer Requests) with a goal of making the common requests either standard or optional offering to reduce upfront processing time and improve accuracy.
- Manage new product introductions in Quote Writer
- Structures and optimizes Bills of Materials (BoMs) to align with downstream manufacturing, procurement, and production processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and cross-functional workflow continuity.
- Maintains strong cross-functional coordination with key stakeholders to ensure content, layout, and documentation are aligned with operational requirements, customer expectations, and production standards.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by management to meet the needs of the organization and our members.
