Spot Quoter
Full Time – 3-month contract
New Brunswick, CA
As a Spot Quoter, your main responsibility is to ensure the accuracy of the company’s quotes when presenting them to customers through our data base. This position requires a deep understanding of company guidelines and the ability to work independently while also effectively communicating with team members.
How You’ll Help
Provide spot quotes on rates to our customer through truckmate
Gather necessary information from customers and calculate shipmen rates
Input the spot quotes into the system so that it can be matched to the bill of landing
Handle outbound calls with partner carriers
Your Skills & Experience:
Minimum high school diploma and/or One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Industry experience would be considered an asset
