Job Description

Admin Assistant – Contract position We are looking for an Admin Assistant to support our Mississauga location. This position is a contract position working Monday to Friday (40 hours per week). Duties for the contract position: Scanning of warehouse documents: BOLs, RA receipts, customer pick-ups, and receiving documents Manually converting the US $ orders to CAD in CCA and then billing Amazon, Canada Computers and Memory Express manually so that the dollars align Tracking of the rebate removals to ensure that the monthly true up aligns with the rebate removals Ad hoc issues requiring added research and investigations such as EHF and other issues Back-up for bank reconciliations, taxes remittances, AP invoice coding, or bank deposits Completes other duties and projects as assigned by management. Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision. Perform additional work-related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word). Ability to multi-task and prioritize Superior organizational and time management skills Professional verbal and written business communication skills.
