Job Description

  • Daily receiving of deliveries from DHL/ EMS/ other vendors/ offloading in stores
  • Resin transfer planning, coordination and physical transfers (loading/offloading at NKB and on site, receipting, LPN verification, update documentation and records, and staging)
  • Carry out fuel receiving, daily fuel dips, invoice updates, and related compliance checks.
  • Perform gas cylinder sorting, gas filling, and assist consumable/PPE issuing.
  • Support cycle counts, stock checks, Modula operations, and basic Oracle transactions.
  • Support daily receiving, unloading, physical verification, labeling, and staging of materials.
  • Assist with put‑away into racks, Modula, and designated storage areas following FIFO/FEFO.
  • Identify and report discrepancies, damaged goods, or quantity variances promptly.
  • Maintain a high standard of warehouse housekeeping, 7S, and safe work practices.
  • Provide workflow support during absences and peak operational periods.
  • Participate in continuous improvement (CI) initiatives and warehouse optimization activities.
  • Year 12 completion.
  • 1–3 years warehouse or material handling experience.
  • Certificate in computing, warehousing, or administration (advantage).
  • Valid Group 9 Driving License

Preferred:

  • Experience with Oracle or automated storage systems (Modula).
  • Exposure to LEAN, 7S, or CI environments.
  • Experience handling packaging materials (labels, carton, shrink film, resin).
