Job Description

Workster is partnering with a rapidly growing e-mobility startup to recruit Customer Support Specialists for their Brooklyn, NY team.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping them navigate the e-bike selection process, answering product-related questions, and providing expert guidance. Your focus will be on delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting sales conversion.


Your Role

  • Engage with potential customers through email, chat, phone, and in-person interactions

  • Provide expert guidance and personalized recommendations on e-bike and bicycle products

  • Assist customers in decision-making to ensure they find the right product for their needs

  • Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment

  • Share knowledge with the team and contribute to internal training resources

  • Gather and report customer feedback to improve products and sales processes


Your Qualifications

  • Expert knowledge of e-bikes or bicycles (experience in bike shops, manufacturing, or related industries)

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Comfort with technology and digital tools

  • Empathetic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused personality

  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in ambiguous situations

  • Interest in sustainability, mobility, and technology is a plus

  • Previous experience in customer support is advantageous


The Offer

  • Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
