Job Description
Position is for an Associate Director, Resident Healthcare Programs to work at EAH Corporate in San Rafael, CA. Must have degree in public health, social work, healthcare administration or related field. 5+ years experience in affordable housing, healthcare programs, public health, social services, or integrated community-based service delivery. 4+ years of supervisory experience. Must be a Certified Community Health Worker or be able to complete the certification within first 90 days of hire. Salary range: $80,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year; hiring range for new employees is generally $80,000.00- $105,000.00 per year DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.
