The Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for generating and closing new business opportunities in accounts with 5,000+ employees across France, within a defined named account list. This position is based in the Paris Region (Île-de-France).
The objective is to achieve sales targets and maximize sales volume with assigned accounts, while exceeding customer expectations and building long-term value. The EAM plays a key role by developing strong relationships at executive level to gain insight into business imperatives and IT drivers — enabling the development of a winning strategy to sell TrendAI solutions in this highly competitive security market.
Duties & Responsibilities
Sell through a consultative approach and maintain strong relationships with key individuals within assigned accounts
Drive quarterly business reviews to ensure customers realize value from their TrendAI investment and stay up to date with product roadmaps
Develop strategies and orchestrate company resources to maximize sales volume within assigned accounts
Effectively engage and build cooperative relationships with internal sales resources: SE, Channel, Specialist sales teams and executives
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure full compliance with all internal processes
Provide accurate forecasts and reports on activity and sales performance as required by management
Develop and maintain senior-level relationships within accounts
Adhere to CRM and reporting standards using Power BI and internal business systems, being able to apply MEDDPICC qualification methodology to assess, prioritize and advance opportunities across the sales cycle
Travel within the assigned territory as necessary

You Have
Proven track record of sales experience in the hi-tech industry (preferably software), developing strategic customer relationships
High levels of achievement against quota; experience selling to C-level and executive contacts
Proven ability to articulate portfolio sales across products, solutions, and services
Strong sales skills with high technical and business acumen in the cybersecurity industry
Extensive and demonstrable experience in a field sales role working with enterprise accounts
5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, ideally in cybersecurity or IT infrastructure
A demonstrated ability to execute, deliver results and bring others along with you
