Management Trainee- Quality (Temporary)

What you will do

The Management Trainee Program is designed to develop future professionals and leaders by providing hands-on experience, structured learning opportunities, and exposure to cross-functional business processes. The trainee will actively participate in departmental projects, support daily operations, analyze business data, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while gaining a comprehensive understanding of the organization.

• Support departmental activities and operational processes.
• Participate in projects and improvement initiatives.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Learn and apply company policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for process optimization and operational excellence.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and professional development.
• Complete assigned tasks and projects within agreed timelines.

What we look for

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field
• Recent graduate
• Basic knowledge of quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage
• Interest in quality assurance, quality control, and operational excellence
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Good command of English
• Eagerness to learn and develop within a dynamic business environment
