Occupational Therapist (OT)

At Country Meadows, occupational therapy is about helping residents adapt, engage, and live safely with independence. The Occupational Therapist (OT) evaluates, diagnoses, and treats functional limitations affecting daily living, cognition, and safety, delivering resident-centered occupational therapy services that promote participation and quality of life. The OT works collaboratively with residents, families, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary care team, and provides clinical supervision and oversight of Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) as applicable. Services are delivered in accordance with Pennsylvania licensure requirements, professional standards, and organizational policies, with a strong focus on dignity, safety, and individualized care.
