Job Description
- Manage key initiatives in support of core marketing strategies, driving execution while maintaining a centralized "control tower" view of leadership priorities.
- Develop and manage the executive operational cadence, including preparing agendas, documenting action items, and tracking accountability for leadership business reviews.
- Partner across the Strategy and Operations team to ghostwrite, design, and synthesize high-stakes executive communications, All-Hands decks, and leadership presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., Regional Marketing, Finance, Product) to resolve operational roadblocks and streamline communication channels.
- Drive execution of annual and quarterly planning processes, translating complex business data into clear narratives and concrete program deliverables.
