Area(s) of responsibility

Key Responsibilities:

Own and manage the end-to-end bid process for Oracle EBS and Cloud based opportunities (ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, etc.)
Review RFPs/RFIs/RFQs and analyze customer requirements to identify win themes and proposal strategy.
Develop bid plans, timelines, and resource allocation for proposal creation.
Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects, Delivery, Legal, Finance, and Oracle teams to gather functional, technical and commercial inputs.
Write, review, and edit proposal content including executive summaries, scope, solution descriptions, methodology, governance etc.
Ensure alignment of proposals with Oracle’s product capabilities and customer requirements.
Maintain a library of reusable proposal content, templates, and past submissions.
Track proposal status, outcomes, and contribute to post-bid reviews and lessons learned.
Liaise with Oracle sales teams for partner-led opportunities or joint proposals.
