Department: High School
Reports to: Principal/Assistant Principal-Athletics
Term: 11 month position
Full time: 40 hours per week
Equipment Manager
Position Summary:
- Distributes, stores, repairs, inventories and maintains all sports and physical education equipment including uniforms and supplies.
- Issues and receives all sports equipment.
- Maintains inventory of all athletic/physical education items.
- Maintains order and cleanliness of the equipment room and storage areas.
- Makes minor repairs of equipment and uniforms.
- Responsible for security of work and storage areas.
- Assists in the selection of new equipment.
- Provides support functions to assigned activities.
- Ability to perform custodian needs in the gymnasium, locker room, or activity area to bring the area up to an acceptable level of operation for the next day lessons.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Training and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
- Knowlegde of athletics and athletic equipment, preferred
