Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Quality Manager to lead our manufacturing quality function and ensure our products consistently meet internal standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements.This role is ideal for someone who combines technical expertise with strong leadership and a passion for continuous improvement. You will be responsible for overseeing quality systems, driving compliance, and fostering a culture of quality across the organization.
What will you be doing?
As Quality Manager, you will:
- Lead the quality function: Manage quality control and assurance activities at the manufacturing site , ensuring alignment with global standards.
- Lead and develop Site Quality Team members: Set quality and performance objectives for the team and ensure development plans are in place.
- Maintain and improve quality systems: Oversee ISO 9001 & IATF 16949 certifications, internal audits, training and document control processes. Ensure regulatory compliance: Monitor adherence to industry regulations (e.g., REACH, ISO,) and support external audits and customer visits .
- Drive root cause analysis and CAPAs: Lead investigations into quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Manufacturing, R&D, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the product lifecycle.
- Monitor performance: Track and report on quality KPIs, trends, and improvement initiatives.
- Support customer satisfaction: Address customer complaints, ensure timely resolution, and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Promote continuous improvement: Champion Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to enhance product and process quality.

What competencies will you need?
- Quality Management Expertise: Strong knowledge of quality systems, standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949), and methodologies.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with chemical industry regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Leadership Skills: Experience managing teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Skilled in root cause analysis, risk assessment, and CAPA implementation.
- Data & Systems Proficiency: Comfortable with quality management systems (QMS), statistical analysis tools, and reporting platforms.
- Customer Focus: Ability to manage customer complaints and ensure satisfaction through quality assurance.
- Project Management: Capable of leading quality improvement projects and managing timelines and resources.
- Education & Experience: Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Quality Assurance,Quality Engineering or related field; significant experience in a quality leadership role within manufacturing or specialty chemicals.
- Must be fully bilingual: English/Spanish.

As part of our team here, you will be receiving a competitive salary between $92,402 and $138,604, you will also participate in a generous performance related bonus plan.
