ROLE SUMMARY:
King’s College La Moraleja is seeking a reliable and organised Administrative / Receptionist (temporary) to join our team on a part-time basis (6 hours per week).
This role is ideal for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in an international school environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage front office operations and greet visitors professionally.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries from parents, students, and staff.
- Help with the scheduling of appointments and meetings.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other administrative
documents. - Maintain filing systems and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
- Maintain student attendance.
- Ensure compliance with privacy and data protection requirements.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement activities.
- Assist in planning and coordinating school events.
- Support student programs and administrative initiatives as needed.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Be able to communicate in both English and Spanish.
- Good customer service and communication skills (in person, by telephone and by email).
- Organisational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Management of diaries, meetings, documents and files.
- Attention to detail in maintaining student records and attendance.
- Professionalism and confidentiality when handling personal data.
- Ability to multitask and solve problems.
