Brewer Science, Inc. is a major innovator of high-technology solutions for the semiconductor / microelectronics markets. We are currently seeking a purpose-driven candidate with an ownership mentality to fill an open position as a Manager, Talent Acquisition. This position will be located in Rolla, MO, with an expectation to work onsite four days per week.
 
Summary:
The Manager, Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading and executing the organization’s talent acquisition strategy to attract, hire, and retain top talent in support of business objectives. This role oversees end-to-end recruiting operations, early career and internship programs, and ensures job descriptions, recruiting practices, and hiring processes are inclusive, compliant, and aligned with organizational workforce planning and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including requisition intake, sourcing strategy, interviewing, candidate evaluation, selection, and offer negotiation.
  • Partner with HR leadership, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement of recruiting processes to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and quality of hire.
  • Develop, implement, and manage early career initiatives, including internships, apprenticeships, and campus recruiting programs.
  • Support onboarding and integration of interns, early career hires, and new employees in collaboration with HR and business leaders.
  • Ensure talent acquisition practices comply with employment laws, internal policies, and diversity, equity, and inclusion standards.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with HR, Finance, and business leaders on workforce planning, headcount strategy, and hiring prioritization.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to recruiting team members or contributors, as applicable.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement within talent acquisition activities.
 
Education & Credentials:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, organizational communication, business or a related field and 6+ years related HR experience or
  • Associate’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field and 8+ years related HR experience or 
  • 10+ years related HR experience or
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • MBA or master's degree in related field preferred.
