As the HR leader, you will support business stakeholders in areas such as talent acquisition, talent development, compensation and benefits, global HR initiatives, etc. The HR Director will also work with overseas HR on business-wide HR priorities in support of the overall employee experience in the areas of workforce strategy, wellness, DEI initiatives and building managerial capabilities.
