- Leading and managing customer as well as development projects, managing the project scope, controlling budget and schedule
- Coordinate and oversee project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability
- Manage suppliers and partners in the frame of the projects
- Support in creating detailed technical offers for customers and public funded projects
- Develop a first project management framework and implement best practices
- Give input for the development path of our current solutions based on customer feedback

Job Description
Your Main Responsibilities
Your Qualification
- MSc. Aerospace Engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or similar
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management
- Experience in guiding project teams
- Understanding of spacecraft and propulsion systems
- Customer centric approach and social skills to connect to customers, the project team and stakeholders e.g. at ESA
- Fluent in English, preferred German skills
- Ideal: Experience in the Rocket Propulsion Sector
- Ideal: Experience with ESA or National Agency funded projects
