Accountabilities:
- - Executing defined end-user account add/change/delete and disable procedures on our internal computing systems.
- - Responsible for completing daily, monthly and on-demand data maintenance assignments as required.
- - Interaction with the Service Desk and End users for basic user support issues relating to access fulfillment.
Qualifications: (Specific for this job)*
Knowledge and Skills
- Ability to accurately follow a defined set of policies and procedures
- Operate under the supervision of others
- Must have strong written communication skills
- Understands basic technical concepts of Active Directory, e-mail and possesses an ability to use other Microsoft based productivity applications.
- Exposure to cloud platforms and access provisioning on cloud platforms
- Quick learner, and ability to scale on new technologies as required
Experience
- Associates degree in a computing related field, business or related discipline required.
Competencies
- Must follow and execute well-defined processes and procedures
- Must utilize standard request and ticketing systems
- Provides first level support for user issues utilizing documentation as well as other sources
- Do the right thing, and ability to work under pressure.
- Maintain the required level of confidentiality and trust
