Air Separation Plant Operator

Operate the Air Separation Plant in a safe and efficient manner by following established work processes and applying your air separation / cryogenic process knowledge You will work 12-hour rotating shifts in a team environment where you often set priorities and complete work with minimal supervision Follow Operating Discipline principles, procedures, and practices to ensure safe and reliable plant operations In addition, you will operate and field-check process equipment, monitoring process conditions, equipment performance, and control systems Utilize multiple, complex plant computer control systems to oversee and adjust operations You shall apply troubleshooting skills to resolve process-related deviations and problems as they arise Perform basic troubleshooting, minor repairs, improvements, and preventive maintenance on process equipment to help maintain equipment reliability Also, you will use your process knowledge to identify and implement plant performance improvements and coach/train others on plant operations
