Case Manager Supervisor, Fresh Meadows

The Case Management Supervisor provides administrative and operational oversight of the Corona, Queens ETH program site including, but not limited to, supervision of 3-4 case managers, maintaining internal and external quality assurance standards, assisting with the development and implementation of quality improvement activities, facilitating team meetings, ensuring participants receive high-quality of care services, participation in case conference meetings and crisis intervention as needed. The Case Management Supervisor will work closely with the ETH Program senior leadership team to ensure the physical environment and overall delivery of services are aligned with agency goals and participant needs, driving positive outcomes for participants.
