Senior Manufacturing Engineer

The Senior Manufacturing Engineer is called upon to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manufacture space products used on state-of-the-art satellites. They participate in the design phase, championing Design for Manufacturing principles to ensure the manufacturability of the product. This is done in collaboration with the various stakeholders of the design, purchasing and quality teams. They also support production during the new product introduction phase to ensure products move from prototype to production in an efficient manner, and any required design changes are implemented quickly. For various projects, the engineer is responsible for the efficient communication between production, program management, design, test, quality assurance, and other teams. In addition to monitor
