Job Description
- Work with teams in Asia-Pacific markets and emerging markets on developing economic strategies to advance Google’s business priorities and support AI-enabled economic growth and engagement.
- Partner with local teams to develop economic arguments, analysis, reports, and narratives to help inform policymakers and support pro-innovation policy.
- Develop public policy proposals aimed at driving economic development, enabling infrastructure growth, and supporting AI development and adoption.
- Help local teams leverage economic and trade tools to defend the company against misaligned tax and regulatory measures.
- Work closely with think tanks and other organizations to advance Google's economic policy objectives. Analyze legislation and policy proposals related to economic issues.
