Job Description
The Opportunity Specialist/Lead Sales Coordinator – will identify, pre-qualify, follow-up, convert quotes to sales and call on both non-contract customers and current customers to increase awareness of One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating services.
Responsibilities:
Identify, pre-qualify, and call on non-contract customers and current contract customers to increase awareness of company service offerings.
Warm leads provided by One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating. No Canvassing, No Cold Calling with uncapped commissions opportunity
Prepare estimates and proposals.
Follow-up on sales leads while being professionally persistent.
Set and verify appointments.
Ability to turn quotes into sales.
Competitive nature, active listener, problem solver, disciplined with the ability to adapt.
Manage multiple opportunities particularly focusing on selling service agreements and new equipment.
Proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills
Demonstrate technical expertise and maintains a high level of credibility.
Recommend solutions and handle customer objectives with a total value solution and competitive advantage(s).
Positively and credibly influence customers.
Develop proposals and contracts for residential service agreements.
Strong follow-up skills by both phone and email
Negotiate value while handling objections with solutions and closing the sale.
Maintaining a courteous demeanor with all customers and associates.
Hit Target KPI’s
Qualifications
3 years of in-home sales experience
GED or High School Diploma required.
Prior Selling Experience
Knowledge of HVAC equipment a plus
Strong negotiating and handling objections skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Computer proficiency to Microsoft Word and Excel
Spanish a Plus
Physical Requirements:
Work is performed in an office environment
Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
May be required to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time
Involves extended periods of looking at a computer monitor
Must be able to see, hear, talk, and type
