Lead, APP VBC

Responsible for providing medical care as delegated by the physician. In addition, the Lead APP is responsible for an array of leadership duties including the development of HOPCo Value-Based Care relationships, clinical quality, Value-Based Care/Digital Clinic APP recruitment, and management for Physician Assistants/Nurse Practitioners.
