QA Manager Junior
Requirements:
Must have:
Experience in Quality Assurance roles within digital or software environments
Knowledge of Agile frameworks, Scrum, Agile Testing practices
Basic experience managing or coordinating QA activities and services
Understanding of manual and automated testing approaches
Familiarity with test automation concepts and tools
Ability to work with quality metrics, KPIs, and reporting
Leadership skills for guiding and supporting QA team members
Conflict resolution skills and effective interpersonal communication
Strong analytical and results‑oriented mindset
Ability to work with stakeholders, teams, and clients
Interest in QA service evolution, continuous improvement, and best practices
Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and control QA services to ensure quality standards and SLA compliance
Coordinate QA activities, resources, and service continuity
Lead and support QA team members, training, skill development, and performance follow‑up
Identify knowledge gaps and define development plans for the QA team
Promote process optimization, standardization, and test automation practices
Analyze QA metrics to detect risks, trends, and improvement opportunities
Reduce rework by improving test coverage and quality practices
Support decision‑making through data‑driven quality insights
Manage QA service governance, KPIs, and operational reporting
Collaborate with delivery, product, and technical teams in Agile environments
Apply leadership and conflict resolution skills to maintain team cohesion
Contribute to QA service sustainability, efficiency, and scalability
Support continuous improvement initiatives across the QA practice
Required Languages
Advanced English 80-95%
