Job Purpose
Furnitureland South is seeking a driven, results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to accelerate client acquisition and strengthen our sales pipeline. This role is responsible for identifying, researching, and engaging prospective clients, while nurturing relationships with existing customers to drive repeat and referral business.

Prospecting & Lead Generation

Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, digital channels) to engage potential and existing clients.

Utilize AI tools and research platforms to identify, qualify, and prioritize high-potential prospects.

Analyze customer data, trends, and behaviors to uncover new business opportunities.

Client Engagement & Relationship Building

Build rapport with prospective and existing clients to understand needs, preferences, and project goals.

Pipeline Development

Identify and create new sales opportunities through effective discovery and communication.

Required Education and Experience
