
Mailroom Associate - Onsite NH
Job Description
The Mailroom Associate will support Mail & Data Imaging processes by preparing incoming mail and entering data on system. You will sort, open and prep incoming physical mail based on states, document categories, and designated priorities. You will electronically record data by operating our data entry program, extracting important pieces of information, and entering on system. You will focus on accuracy, quality, efficiency and data protection. You will report to the Northeast Regional Manager and work onsite at the Londonderry, NH office.
There are two schedules available: Mon-Wed, Fri-Sat or Mon-Tues, Thurs-Sat
You'll have opportunity to:
- Sort incoming physical mail by state
- Open and sort mail by form category
- Organize mail for quick and efficient scanning
- Scan documents
- Manipulate and move files within our Azure environment
- Electronically record data by operating our data entry system
- Check all information for accuracy
- Resolve processing issues
- Organize all non-unemployment mail for forwarding to our clients
- Print, sort and post outbound mail
- Keep mailroom neat and tidy
Qualifications
- 1+ years of general office experience
- Experience working with Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel and Teams)
- Familiarity working with Remote Desktop
- Experience maintaining accuracy to ensure data security
