Job Description
Essential Job Function
- Designs creative business solutions with business leaders to attract, develop, engage, and retain talent.
- Provides coaching and support to senior leadership on HR issues.
- Partners with business leaders to develop succession plans, talent pipelines, and retention strategies to ensure the quality and quantity of talent in the longer term.
- Partners with business leaders to understand their needs and challenges and proactively recommends HR strategies and initiatives to address them.
- Leads or contributes to HR projects and initiatives related to organizational design, change management, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement.
- Leads small to medium scale projects.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education
- Required: Bachelor's Degree.
Experience
- Required: 5 years of related human resources experience or related business experience.
Licensure/Certification/Listing
- Required: SHRM-(S)CP - (S)PHR or CHHR.
