Job Description
A big part of this role is hands-on maintenance—you’d be doing preventive work and troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical equipment to keep everything running smoothly You’d be responsible for quickly diagnosing issues and making repairs to minimize downtime Day to day, you’ll be using a variety of tools and following safety procedures and standard operating practices on site You’ll also get involved in root cause analysis when things go wrong and help put long-term fixes in place On the coordination side, you’d help manage maintenance work orders—prioritizing, scheduling, and making sure work is completed properly You’d work closely with operations and facility teams to align priorities and provide technical support when needed There’s also a continuous improvement focus—tracking performance, contributing ideas, and helping improve reliability and efficiency Overall, success in the role is measured by things like equipment reliability, maintenance efficiency, cost control, and how well schedules and workloads are managed
