Job Purpose & Scope

This position is responsible for supporting the loan processing function within Indirect Lending.  Will have a high level of internal and external customer contact to support the lending activities. 

 


Essential Job Functions

  1. Manages individual queue with loan pipeline for processing.
  2. Reviews packages for errors and missing documentation and request from Brokers and Dealers in a timely manner. 
  3. Analyzes customer signed loan documentation to ensure satisfaction of company. guidelines (e.g., appropriate legal descriptions, signatures, and dates).
  4. Obtains any missing information to complete required file documentation.
  5. Meets processing time frames, as provided.
  6. Communicates any necessary exceptions/incomplete files to credit department for review.
  7. Maintains data integrity within front end origination systems; TCI/Decision Lender, Dealer Track and Route One.
  8. Scanning and processing daily funding packages received.
  9. Maintains good punctuality and attendance to work.
  10. Follows Bank policy, procedures, and guidelines.

  2. Ability to adapt to and understand the daily operations of the Funding group.
  3. Demonstrated effectiveness in working well within a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high sense of urgency.
  4. Excellent time-management skills to manage a large volume of tasks while providing excellent internal and external customer service.
  5. Ability to learn new software.
  6. Ability to maintain a high level of integrity.
  7. Ability to demonstrate initiative to accomplish work objectives.
  8. Ability to work effectively and demonstrate flexibility in a continually changing environment.
  9. Ability to demonstrate effective organization, critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  10. Ability to work without close supervision.
  11. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  12. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  13. Ability to maintain attention to detail.
  14. Skill in using computer and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

 


Basic Qualifications

  1. High School diploma or equivalent

  2. Prior loan processing, auto funding experience, preferred
