Job Description
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive security programs (e.g., physical, personnel, cyber, and intelligence) for cable landing stations, defining program scope, budget, and deliverables in line with global policy.
- Oversee all physical security measures, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining security technologies (e.g., access control and surveillance) while managing security personnel (e.g., agreement guards/local teams).
- Conduct risk assessments and threat analyses, managing the vulnerability life-cycle from identification to remediation while developing and enforcing procedures to mitigate identified threats.
- Lead security investigations and incident response, supporting the ISO 27001 ISMS development and track program performance for continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary liaison with law enforcement and intelligence agencies, communicating threats to stakeholders and deliver security awareness training.
