Job Description
Key job responsibilities
- Partner with suppliers, business partners, and program stakeholders to ensure key decision data supporting supplier funding is accurate, automated, and delivered in a timely fashion
- Collect, analyze, and manage quantitative business data to create meaningful reports, drive metrics discussions, and recommend improvements
- Lead the development of weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics alongside operational planning, forecasting, and reporting models that enable stakeholders to make effective decisions
- Manage competing priorities while providing level-headed guidance on business metrics, even during unexpected events
- Produce regular reports and analysis using accounting and analytical tools to identify trends, develop forecasts, and uncover improvement opportunities
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying process, operational, or data-related issues, implement improvements, and establish new measures that advance data-driven decision-making across the organization
- Develop and implement KPIs, automated reporting solutions, and process improvements that meet business needs
- Manage and execute data related project components from start to finish including data gathering and manipulation, synthesis and modeling, problem solving, and communication of insights and recommendations
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support billing and analytics functions for our vendor funded programs. This role will be instrumental in building new capabilities, tools, and reporting dashboards
- 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- 5+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Master's degree in business or analytical discipline

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
