The Talent Advisor is responsible to provide full-cycle recruitment support to assigned client group(s) and roles, developing comprehensive recruitment strategies to support the business needs.
This position reports to the Director Talent Acquisition, India and is part of the Talent Acquisition team located in Mumbai/Bangalore and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery for assigned roles, from sourcing to offer management.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and HR to understand hiring needs, and drive aligned, timely hiring decisions. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver hiring outcomes aligned to business priorities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build high-quality talent pipelines across multiple channels including.
- Use data and market insights to inform hiring strategies, optimize candidate funnel and improve time-to-fill, On time delivery and quality of hire
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication, structured engagement, and efficient process management.
- Manage recruiting operations and compliance, including maintaining accurate data in ATS, adhering to policies, and leveraging standard work practices.
The essential requirements of the Candidate profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience across professional roles in a corporate or Search firm environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday Recruiting and candidate CRM tools.
- Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle hiring including sourcing, screening, interview and offer management.
- Experience in Leadership hiring and engaging with executive level talent. Experience hiring across multiple functions or industry sectors (e.g., Commercial, Functional and Manufacturing roles)
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Providing talent market insights and analytics to inform hiring strategies, including supply-demand assessment, compensation, and talent availability.
- Operating in a consultative recruitment model, partnering with hiring managers to translate market intelligence into data-driven hiring decisions.
