The Senior Co-Ordinator, Quality Assurance (Document Control) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for completing Document Change Controls (CCFs), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system changes & monitoring training tasks for the site. You will be responsible for maintaining document revision accuracy and traceability, supporting project teams release required documentation & ensuring training is completed in a timely manner.

This role is maternity cover contract with flexible work hours.

This position reports to the Senior Manager, Quality Assurance and is part of the Document Control dept located in Co. Clare and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Co-ordinate training tasks for the site- Monitoring, steering and trending of Site Master control training requirements
• Complete Document Change Controls (CCFs) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system changes ensuring Good Manufacturing Practices are maintained and in compliance with company procedures.
• Monitor and manage the Periodic Review process and the Global Document Assessment process.
• Provide training & guidance on the CCF/ERP process within Document Control function and with cross functional personnel, as required.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Leaving cert qualification or higher with a minimum of 4 years in industry and experience of Quality Systems, FDA and GMP requirements.
• Excellent time management and organisation skills and working on own initiative.
• Effective interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills with emphasis on strong attention to detail

It would be a plus if you also possess/have previous experience in:

• Working in the medical device industry
• Review of documentation for GDP
• Are familiar with lean methodologies (such as DBS)
