What You'll Do
- Manufacture precision components for custom automation equipment
- Set up and operate CNC machining equipment
- Utilize a variety of measuring tools to ensure part quality and accuracy
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Apply mechanical aptitude to support machining and manufacturing processes
- Develop creative solutions for machine setups and machining challenges
- Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines and quality standards
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment

Qualifications
- Ability to utilize precision measuring tools
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- CAM programming experience
- Solidworks and CAM Works knowledge preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work successfully in a team environment
