Lead the strategy, governance, and execution of social media and marketing content across CA Asia, ensuring strong engagement, consistency across markets, and scalable content production through AI and external partners
What you’ll do:
Social Media Management & Governance
- Define and implement social media strategy across markets
- Establish governance: content guidelines, posting frequency, community management
- Ensure relevance, consistency, and performance of content across markets
- Drive activation plans and cross-market content sharing
Engagement Tracking & Performance
- Monitor and track engagement and performance KPIs
- Build and manage reporting dashboards
- Optimize content based on insights
Social Listening & Insights
- Own and manage social listening tools across the region
- Monitor brand, competitors, and category conversations
- Analyze insights to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Translate data into actionable recommendations for content and campaigns
- Share insights with stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions
Marketing Content Production (incl. AI)
- Lead production of marketing content for marketplaces, websites, and social media
- Manage end-to-end process: briefs, requirements, quality delivery
- Leverage AI tools to scale content production
- Coordinate agencies, freelancers, partners (quotes, timelines, delivery)
Process Optimization, Content Visibility & Sharing
- Build and optimize content processes to ensure smooth and efficient activations across markets
- Ensure visibility of existing marketing content, enabling easy access and usage by markets
- Establish systems to support content sharing, reuse, and localization across markets
- Facilitate access to locally created content and promote cross-market reuse
- Improve workflows and define scalable frameworks for efficiency and consistency
Stakeholder Management & Reporting
- Collaborate with regional and local stakeholders
- Present updates to GMs and leadership team
- Ensure alignment between strategy and execution
Scope
Channels: Social media platforms (TikTok, Meta, YouTube) + marketplaces & branded websites (marketing content)
Markets: All CA Asia markets (TH, VN, SG, MY, ID, TW, KR, CN)
Functions: Interface with local Marketing, E-commerce, and regional teams
Who you are:
· ~5 years of experience in digital marketing
· Proven experience in social media management
· Experience with social listening tools and insights analysis
· Good understanding of AI-driven content production and tools
· Good knowledge of Asia markets and consumer needs
· Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
· Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
· Ability to build relationships across markets and teams
· Strong project management and organizational skills
· Strong creativity and strategic thinking skills
· Team player with proactive and solution-oriented mindset

Where you'll be:
You will be based at the APAC Regional Office, located in Bangkok, Thailand. Occasional travel in the region may be needed.
