THE ROLE
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Greeting guests, visitors, clients, and vendors in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.
Provide general information regarding the facility, events, amenities, and directions.
Serve as a visible and approachable point of contact for guests and staff.
Assist in monitoring access to designated areas and notify appropriate personnel of any concerns.
Maintain a professional presence throughout the facility and assist with customer service needs.
Utilize communication equipment including radios, telephones, and other devices as required.
Communicate guest concerns, facility issues, or unusual situations to the appropriate department.
Work independently while exercising good judgment and decision-making skills.
Assist with special events and guest service initiatives as assigned.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous customer service, hospitality, guest services, reception, or related experience preferred.
Must be able to speak, read, and write in English
Skills and Abilities
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional when addressing guest concerns
Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
Maintain a professional appearance, attitude, and work ethic.
Basic computer and communication device proficiency.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods as needed.
Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation
This position offers an hourly wage of $15.92
