We are currently hiring Special Events Security Officers in Panama City Beach, FL to support music festivals, large-scale events, and special venue operations. As a Special Events Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe, secure, and enjoyable environment for event attendees, performers, staff, and vendors. This position requires professionalism, strong situational awareness, crowd management skills, and a commitment to safety and customer service in high-energy environments.

As a Special Events Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe, secure, and enjoyable environment for event attendees, performers, staff, and vendors. This position requires professionalism, strong situational awareness, crowd management skills, and a commitment to safety and customer service in high-energy environments.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Provide visible security presence at concerts, festivals, and special events
- Assist with crowd control, access control, and perimeter security
- Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas
- Observe, report, and respond to safety concerns, disturbances, and suspicious activity
- Enforce event policies, venue rules, and DSI procedures
- Provide professional customer service to guests, staff, vendors, and performers
- Assist with emergency response procedures, including evacuations if necessary
- Complete required reports and documentation accurately and timely
- Maintain composure and professionalism in fast-paced, high-volume environments
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Valid Driver's License or Government ID
- Reliable transportation and means of communication
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to manage large crowds and maintain awareness in dynamic environments
- Must meet all pre-employment requirements
