Job Description
- Lead a team of SMB sellers to acquire new Google Cloud customers, achieve team goals to maximize business growth by focusing on motivating, enabling and developing the team to be successful.
- Manage the business operation to function at scale, prioritizing methods to operate more efficiently while maintaining high-touch customer engagement.
- Manage a weekly forecasting cadence through detailed pipeline reviews. Provide regular updates to leadership on progress against quarterly goals.
- Coach, develop and maintain a high-performing culture that attracts and retains talent.
- Manage productive relationships with sales development, marketing leaders, and representatives as well as our partner ecosystem, to drive strategy and execution.
