This position is located in our global corporate headquarters in Huntsville, Alabama, and will report to the Export Manager.
Job Description:
- Monitor orders from beginning to end
- Maintain regular email communication with customers, freight forwarders and internal teams.
- Prepare and process export documentation accurately and on time
- Monitor shipment status and communicate updates.
- Work with freight forwarders to support shipments
- Coordinate with hatcheries and planning teams to confirm orders and product availability.
- Ensure accurate documentation and recordkeeping
- Responsible for resolving shipment or documentation issues.
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
- Support compliance with company policies and international requirements
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred,
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detailed and team-oriented
- Customer service or administrative experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic problem-solving and follow-up skills
- Experience with international logistics or export documentation is a plus, but not required
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Able to work independently
- Foreign language preferred
