About the role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Intern to join our to join our sales team in the Kitchen Retail channel. The role will functionally report to the National Sales Manager and work closely with the commercial team, providing support in administrative and operational tasks.

This is a 6-month internship.

Location

The role is based in Madrid.

What you’ll do:

• Support in managing order issues and tracking deliveries
• Preparation and updating of project budgets
• Managing stock inquiries and coordinating with logistics
• Gathering and sending technical product information
• Supporting warranty claims processing and resolving related issues
• Assisting with administrative tasks that facilitate commercial operations (pricing, reports)
• Identifying leads for new projects (construction projects, database analysis)

Who you are:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and willingness to learn digital tools and AI
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
